HAMSTER WHEEL

'we will' is a team expression as i think this morning of the 'wheels'that we all share i started with a little some might call decluttering yet on must realise ones clutter is either an idea a building block a weed that that if recontextualised become a flowering once more stranger on he shore such a lovely piece of misic and an image makes me think of Jesus there he is forgiving Peter and cooking him some fish and Judas in a potter's field no clay is wasted tender remodelling begins just as seeming betrayal with a very necessary kiss as i 'declutter' mutter chunner thinking every girls a stunner God doesn't make no one who isn't worth their salt inside each beating heart both a sinner and a winner yet the important truth is when people see the earth as dirt not life giving soil they are bound like Alfie to ask themselves 'whats it all about?' 'everything happens for a reason the 'hamster wheel' we're on is meant to be if a caterpillar doesn't struggle push n pull it never gets to fly so as i make my morning micromovement i gather bags of life 'for life' just needs the pieces placed where they function best and that's not as 'waste' dumped out at sea and so it comes to pass to some new useage i turn gloves into Christmas decorations to inspire gloves are also needed by the homeless warm wraps delivered to their 'spots' in town gloves not all we need need must believe in something greater than ourselves want to be a superstar well there you are you are a precious soul in need of food encouraement and sometimes shelter i will be off to the gymn as others too i am told at half past seven someone told me it gets very very busy executives pre hamster wheel of business climb first upon the hamster wheel of their own wellbeing the real wealth so wish me well but pray that i too shall serve others as i still trust hope believe at Goulds at Bluemoon and therefor Heswall on the Hill that lady wisdom part of God's decision proverbially wants us to enjoy the team word encouragement not of i'll but we'll never ever ever give up on all the bits n pieces keep on 'getting there' even when it feels you are stagnant past your sell by date for here's the thing truth is you are God's clay wisdoms baby a tree well rooted in the UpWords of love's will there is no 'higher self' thats jus 'self worship' 'because you're worth it yes we are as contributors individual pieces part of a most beautiful vision namely 'LIFE' herself for a while yes the floor and surfaces around me as i look may momentarily confuse me but its all life giving stuff and i must get it flowing for the talents can't be buried even Judas Iscariot clay reformed is significant and precious we are liken unto him resurrection comes when seed are planted for in the garden there's a harvest but you might need to lose your life as what you once were for an author sees and thinks mmm i feel they can play a fresh part recontextualised not as judge n jury but a nannie mcphee a mary pankhurst whose statue ought to stay where she stand and made on stone still stands but doesn't stand so still no listen in as Robin Williams once invited in the Dead Poets Society 'carpe deum' so off i go to the concourse shall i swim or gymn perhaps both shall i be fish or rodent wheel of fortune? no there is no 'Secret' if one has 'enough' there really is no greater 'wealth' people change the world it changes quickly also pray for the 'me' 'i like who i am learning to be' and from an old alpha course 'God loves me just the way i am but(she-perhaps)won't leave me this way as the Welsh say 'there's tidy!'

goals Goulds and gold

Julia Cameron wrote a book called the Artists way Dr frederick Franck wrote the Zen of Seeing one the life coach recommended morning pages one hold a pencil lightly take a little piece of nature meditate by gently allowing eye n heart n hand and eye to really see and feel the mutual being i subsequent to reading these many years ago and many years apart became a life coach on a course ran by john haynes the grow model blends well with both of the books above goals to see life pour out what in ones own G reality i draw and i write R options O way the when where n who to learn W from and share with has some anchors when one has gone around the clock of grow 12 3 6 9 g r o w one then does so again my goals are manifold and all i feel serve other(0ne of my core values is to be part of life) 1.Heswall on the hill Goulds and Bluemoon to be beacons as they both serve to offer employ to others and provide encouraging locations where creative playful images and object d'art may be shown or where the materials for making seeing writing cooking playing music living in full colour so my goal on the hill to be a spark that lights the bulb of joy on Heswall on the hill 2.to be well and fit to make a body that can move think and play in an inspiring way that delights God the child self of my mothers child 3 to live an abundant life As a Christian i feel that Jesus wants for both myself and everyone a varied unlimited faith fuelled life ( i give you a life of 'a bun dance') a lifelike a bird flower or child he prefaced the beatitude ( be attitude) with 'i tell you the truth' 'unless you become liken unto this child' 'consider the birds of the air' 'see the lillies of the filed....how they are arrayed' so just staying with these three goals Reality 1.Heswall on the hill a.I have successfully ran a few short course at Goulds i have commenced window changes and placed lots of materials and reciprocally enjoyed the kindness of Ann and Mike Sue Erin and jenny in helping me to market course and provide tea coffee smiles ans wows as other partook of seeing in six primary colours with watercolour oil paint and needle felt salt dough and collage b i ave encouraged the son of a friend to pass me his fathers poems)DEREK JONES and i have been seeing sharing with PHILIP BROWN with a mind to publish through Goulds poetry books and books of creative joy i.e toi create for Ann and Mike their own publishing company also at Bluemoon Sue and I have provided a course focusing on flowers and mindful camaraderie 2.to be well and fit initially early summer my physical work out was to paint redecorate and address the showcasings of Goulds and Bluemoon's with a sort of Matisse flavoured graffiti to get a little attention flag up Heswall on the Hill as a happening i added to this the courses and then a little bicycle riding when i went to see my grandchildren and my son and his wife they inspired me further whilst i have been a i feel attempting to create a virtual garden in paint they have creted a growing joyful edible one that is really incredibele i took sam the dog for daily walks and enjoyed watching ben and isobel( about to be seven) both swimming like fish''' 'well my body said i used to do that so listening to its request and being a man i#of faith i and seeking to get fit enough to become a fish again so i have over the last few days been cycling to Thurstaton going ot the gymn and walking fro Bluemoon to St Peters church oh an diet I am monitoring my weight and choosing foods that are are more likely to see well being and weight loss fruit veg and meat and limiting dairy grain and sugar though as thius is the reality section i confess to a party and a very full tummy at friends last night 3 to live an abundant life i have being a person of attempted Chrisitan values removed myself from groups duos and situtaions where i felt the company was limiting either too focused on Britishness masculinity machismo or genre thus having liberated them from a potential critic and me of the danger of poison in the perfume of ones hope left me to focus more on various techniques of making a greater range of materials to play with a happier a bun dance so I am painting and celebrating women in a series of 100 paintings i am making and teaching salt dough and needle felt and collage my reality includes the joy in later life of finding that the rainbow for painting is twice as primary coloured so my new work is informed by syneasthesia and chromaesthesia flavour as colour and music colour coded on my musical instrments i get to play bass in church allowing me to root about rather than learn cliches that ears are expecting as i enjoy finding both melody harmony and scribble sort of marks and textures through the tactile time based hand in duo movements- the left and right duet my home is filling up with colour joys and my eyes are loving the pigeons and regular seagull visitor i love film and go out with two girl friends friends of angel kindness i love chatting and being with Derek and kara in staacks where i meditate of magazines and books to tea it was coffee and cake but i must address being 1 stone heavier than i want to be there is lot more reality than this but i want to get on Options Heswall on the hill to continue to relaod the window market the courses seek development into mindfuelled crafted personal projects for the friend i have a s staff and students and seek ways to bridge with other providers say eventaully on behalf of poets and creatives e.g linghams not corporates like smiths as i do want to feed foot fall of local growth whilst remaining world relevent'for if i am anti brexit then i should anti all 'closed systems' so to publish distribute take part and offer space for sharing 2.to be well and fit sustain and create some kind of weekly timetable without rutting myelsf into monotony and routine maintain gymn dietcycle walk spontaneously et all 3 to live an abundant life in some ways the options here are to remain unpredictably spontaneous to the gap between my thought(Deepak Chopra) and so to the WAY forward 1.Heswall on the hill i have established courses that start with specific times and content this week at Gould and Bluemoon so TICK i have received the poems of DEREK and my fiend ian has provided me with publisher and have commenced making and also have drawn and created a nice time of sharing and nurturing with Philip to encourage our progress as creatives with Gould as a publisher in mind in response to requests for a calligraphy and creative writing element i have designed an idea for october 1st a monday 12-2 course and i would like to create a general art course for Blue on Fridays so will ruminate and chat to Sue perhaps i might make it a four saturdays midOCT to mid NOV I will redress the window at Goulds 2.to be well and fit i will get down to 13.3 and rejoin weightywatchers i will as i have found the book create a food diary very soon i will go to the gymn monday morning at nine and twice more this week 3 to live an abundant life just watch me! CHRISTMAS christmas toys decoarations guitar playing open mikes songs working with others JAMuary triptychsof artists and musiciand at Tony's invite JOY IN ART AND MUSIC off to play bass now this has been my morning pages thanks be to life coach julia cameron one of my 100 portaits of wonderfuelled women
